RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Our online return policy is a store gift card for the amount paid or exchange within 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a credit or exchange.

To be eligible to return an item for gift card or exchange, your item must be unused/unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging/all tags attached. Several types of goods are always final sale, including but not limited to, gift cards, sale items or items purchased through a promotion/on sale, masks, lip balms, sunscreen and skincare (including fragrances and cosmetics), any type of intimate item such as earrings, swimwear bottoms, underwear, and body suits. 

To complete your return, you must first obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#). In order to obtain an RA# simply e-mail info@thebumwrap.com and include a picture of the tag(s) of your item(s) and/or your order number, along with the reason for the return. If you know the item you would like to exchange it for, please include this information so we can be sure to put the item aside for you while we await the arrival of your return item. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Once we have received your item back and we have confirmed it is in new, sellable condition, we will contact you to process, discuss, your exchange or gift card.

There are certain situations where only partial (or no) gift card for monies paid or exchange are granted (if applicable). Any item not in its original new condition, any item not in its original packaging, any items with the hang tags removed, any item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, and any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

If an item was received damaged or if the item becomes damaged with little use/wear, this is a different scenario. Please immediately send us photos of the product and your order number to info@thebumwrap.com and we will start a claim with the brand/manufacturer. We will do our best to get you a replacement for your damaged item.
