Open 7 days a week, year-round!
Current 2025 hours:

  • Sunday to Saturday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Pacific Time

Holiday Hours:

  • Open that day's regular hours on all stat holidays
  • Closed only on Christmas Day and New Year's Day
  • Special holiday hours will be posted in advance if there are any

Parking Information:

  • 2-hour metered parking is available directly on Main Street (rate: $2/hour)
  • Parking meters are in effect Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Free parking on Sundays and statutory holidays

  • Additional public parking available at the Nanaimo Avenue city lot (just up the street)

    • Street-level entrance for easy access
    • Staff assistance available for door entry
    • Flexible store layout - our displays can be adjusted to accommodate mobility devices
    • Fitting rooms can be modified for accessibility needs

    • Visitor parking is available in the Penticton Lakeside Resort parkade, with additional public parking nearby along Lakeshore Drive or Main Street
    • Short-term loading and pickup zones are located directly outside the resort main entrance for added convenience.

    • Ground-level resort entrance with automatic doors
    • Accessible washroom available inside the resort
