Returns and Exchanges
Our return policy is store gift card or exchange within 30 days for online purchases. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a credit or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging/all tags attached. Several types of goods are always final sale, including but not limited to, gift cards, sale items, masks, lip balms, sunscreen and skincare (including fragrances and cosmetics), any type of intimate item such as earrings, swimwear bottoms, underwear, and body suits.
To complete your return, you must first obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#). In order to obtain an RA# simply e-mail email@example.com and include a picture of the tag(s) of your item(s) and/or your order number, along with the reason for the return. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial (or no) refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original new condition, any item not in its original packaging, any items with the hang tags removed, any item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, and any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
If an item was received damaged, this is a different scenario. Please immediately take a photo of the product and send it to us so we can start a claim with the carrier.
