Return Policy


Our return policy is store credit or exchange within 30 days for online purchases. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a credit or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are always final sale: gift cards, sale items, masks, lip balms, sunscreen and skincare (including fragrances and cosmetics), any type of intimate item such as earrings, swimwear bottoms, underwear, and body suits. 

To complete your return, we require you to obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#). In order to obtain an RA# simply e-mail and include the reason for the return and pictures if necessary.  Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

There are certain situations where only partial (or no) refunds are granted (if applicable) 
Any item not in its original new condition, any item not in its original packaging, any items with the hang tags removed, any item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, and any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery. If an item was received damaged immediately take a photo of the product and send it to us so we can start a claim with the carrier.
