Returns
Our online "return" policy is 30 days from date of purchase and we only offer store credit or exchange for the original purchase price of the item. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot accept your return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns on items such as swimwear (tops or bottoms, women's, men's, or kids'), intimates (such as bodysuits and underwear), sunscreen and other skincare products (including fragrances and cosmetics), earrings, face masks, food/beverage products, etc. Sale items, or items purchased through a promotion (such as a BOGO deal), are also final sale.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or other proof of purchase. Please email us with your receipt and wait for a return authorization number. Do not send any items back without this # clearly marked on the box, or it will not be accepted.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or brand.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will not be accepted. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase will not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and update you on whether or not the returned item met the necessary requirements for you to receive a store credit. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift card for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift card will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, then a store credit will be issued under the purchaser's name and an email will be sent to notify them of their approved return and store credit.
Shipping
All returns must be sent to: 285 Main Street, Penticton, British Columbia, CA V2A 5B1. **All returns MUST have a return authorization number clearly written on the outside of the package or the item will be refused at delivery and sent back to you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we cannot issue a store credit for an item that we never received.
