We’re happy to share that U.S. shipping is now available again.

Our current USA shipping rates are as follows:
- Orders $1 - $74.99 = $35 flat rate
- Orders $75 - $149.99 = $25 flat rate
- Orders $150 - $299.99 = $20 flat rate
- Orders $300+ = $15 flat rate

Our Shipping Standards
We aim to get your order packed and on its way as quickly as possible, while ensuring everything is accurate and carefully prepared.
Order Preparation (Our Side)
Orders are typically prepared and packed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
- Orders placed after 2:30 PM PST, or on weekends, or during statutory holidays will begin preparation the next business day
- You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has been packed and a label has been created. Delivery timelines begin once the courier has received and scanned the package.
Shipping & Delivery (Courier Side)
Once your order has been handed off to the courier, delivery timelines are determined by the carrier.
Most shipments within Canada and the US arrive within 5–10 business days after shipment.
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location
- Rural or remote areas may experience longer transit times
- Carrier delays can occur, especially during peak and holiday periods
Understanding Your Total Delivery Time
Your full delivery timeline includes both stages:
Order Preparation (1–2 business days) + Shipping Time (5–10 business days) = 6-12 business days total for delivery
Delivery timelines begin after your order has shipped, not from the time it is placed.
Holiday & Peak Period Shipping
During holidays and peak seasons, courier networks may experience delays that are outside of our control.
We always recommend placing orders early during these times to avoid timing issues.
Important Note
Once your order has been shipped and handed off to the courier, it is no longer within our control. While we’re always happy to help track and support where we can, delivery timing is managed by the carrier.
In-Store Pickup
If you’re local to the Okanagan or visiting the area, you can select in-store pickup at checkout.
Orders are typically ready same day or next business day, and you’ll receive a notification as soon as your order is ready.
