Our Shipping Standards

We understand the importance of shipping your orders as quickly as possibly, and we strive to have your order dispatched the next day after your order is placed. Our shop is located in British Columbia and we operate on Pacific Standard Time. Any orders received before 2:30PM Monday through Friday we will try to ship the next day. Any orders placed after the 2:30PM cutoff on Friday, or throughout the weekend will be shipped Monday. If there is a statutory holiday, then your order will be shipped on the first business day after the holiday.

We use a variety of shipping couriers but most services to Canada and the US will be 7+/- business days. If your address is very rural and out of the way, it may take more time. Obviously, the closer you are located to us, the quicker your parcel is likely to arrive. 

Christmas/Holiday Shipping

Please keep in mind that all of the carriers are extremely busy during the holiday season and, as such, your parcel may be delayed. Please place your order as early as possible in order to avoid disappointment. Please also keep in mind that once we ship your order, it is literally out of our hands and as much as we wish we could, there is nothing we can do to speed up delivery.

In Store Pickup

If you're located in the Okanagan, or just visiting this beautiful part of the country, then you're in luck...you can just pick up your order in-store or curb-side! If you have selected an item for in-store or curb-side pick-up, it will be ready for pick-up same day or the next business day if you ordered after business hours; you will get a notification when your item is ready.
