Handwoven in Ghana from durable elephant grass, this variation of our classic U Shopper features a wider mouth and lower profile — perfect for home display or on-the-go use. Measuring approximately 20 cm/8" high (plus 18 cm/7 " handles) with a sturdy 30 x 28 cm/12x11" oval base, it sits open beautifully but can be pinched closed for carrying. Ideal as a countertop fruit bowl, bread basket, or project bag for knitters and makers. Each basket is one-of-a-kind, with handles in our signature black-and-white leather, as well as a small batch featuring earthy black or brown leather for a more grounded look.
